Shipping & Returns
We ship using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground and USPS Ground for domestic shipments within the 48 contiguous states. Some specialty orders may require a longer lead time depending on the manufactures lead time and location. Common carrier transportation may be required on oversize or over weight shipments. If you are not at home at time of attempted delivery a redelivery charge by the carrier may be applied.
West Coast Off Road LLC. offers free shipping only on items marked free shipping.
Items shipped outside 48 contiguous states are exempt from free shipping.
International Shipping Powered by
We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.
At checkout, choose your international destination from the country drop down menu. Once you select your country and attempt to checkout, you will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment.
Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase and then re-purchase those items from our site on your behalf. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility and they will be forwarded to your international address.
If your product is damaged in shipping, you will need to file a damage claim with the freight company. Shipping companies typically require that damage claims be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials in order to support your shipping damage claim. If after that you have problems resolving your claim please feel free to contact us and we will attempt to help.
Products Lost in Shipping:
West Coast Off Road LLC. cannot be held responsible for products lost by a shipping company. If your product is lost in shipping, you will need to file a loss claim with the shipping company. We are only able to re-ship your product after receiving payment.
30 Day Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns. However you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. If you wish to make a return please call: 1-503-369-7273 Please give the specific reason for your return. All returns must be in original packaging and unused. All directions and warranty information must also accompany the return. All credits issued will be after a 25% restocking fee is applied. Even if we shipped you a product under a free shipping promotion you are responsible for the return freight charges not us. If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resale condition you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies. �See Conditions Of Use for more details.
