If you have received a defective product, please review the manufactures information included with your new product.
Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns. However you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part. If you wish to make a return please call: 1-503-369-7273 Please give the specific reason for your return. All returns must be in original packaging and unused. All directions and warranty information must also accompany the return. All credits issued will be after a 25% restocking fee is applied. Even if we shipped you a product under a free shipping promotion you are responsible for the return freight charges not us. If you are requesting a replacement for product that is being returned you will be charged for the new product as well as the new freight out at the time the request for replacement has been made. Once the product being returned has been received back in the warehouse and has been inspected to insure the product is in new/resellable condition you will then be issued the appropriate credit per our Return Policies.
Cancelled and Refused Orders:
All cancelled orders are subject to a 15% order cancellation fee if cancelled within the first 2 hours of order placement. All cancelled orders after 2 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
All refused orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee and deduction of the cost of shipping to and back from customer. West Coast Off Road tries to display the most accurate picture available for each product, however not all manufactures provide sufficient images for there product lines. Pictures are for representation of products only. Not all pictures show exactly the product you may receive.
Company Policies:
West Coast Off Road Inc. is limited to providing the correct product based on the vehicle information and parts descriptions supplied by the purchaser, the corresponding product information supplied by the manufacturer, and the fair representation of our advertising. Installation and safe use of the products is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. WCOR supports, yet is limited to, all manufacturers' warranties. WCOR reserves the right to approve all cancellations and returns. Please call and speak directly to a WCOR Sales Representative to cancel or return an order. Cancellations and return requests are not accepted through email, fax, or voicemail message. Except in the case of our error, all sales are considered final upon shipment. All returns will be assessed a restocking fee. Authorization to return a product expires after 14 days.
